PRODUCTION

All products are handmade by a member of our team in our workshop in Vigevano.

Please allow at least 1 to 2 weeks for the production of your garment, the exact estimated processing time is indicated on each product sheet.
We try to process each order as soon as possible, the waiting period may vary depending on the quantity of orders being processed.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Vigevano, Italy via GLS and DHL EXPRESS.
FBLD.EU cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipments destined for Italy are expected within 2-4 working days.
Shipments destined for the European Union are expected within 2-6 working days.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers are informed that for shipments destined to countries outside the European Union any customs duties and import taxes are to be paid by the customer. The relative amount is to be paid to the courier according to the modalities that will be indicated by the courier.

Please note that in the event that, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties associated with DHL's automatic return to the sender FBLD.EU will be deducted from the refund due.
