RETURNS
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
All FBLD products are handmade to order, for this reason returns are accepted only for size change or shop credit.
If you need a return or exchange, please email us at customerservice@fbld.eu before returning your order.Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition and must never have been worn, wrapped carefully in their original packages.
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be accepted.
- Undergarments for hygienic and sanitary reasons cannot be returned.
- Shipping, insurance, taxes or duties will not be refunded.
If the return is approved, shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Customers can use the courier they prefer but we strongly advise to use Registered Post or Signed-For Delivery or equivalent, as we cannot exchange garments if they get lost in the post.
DAMAGED ITEMS
FBLD must be informed of any errors or damaged items attributable to our production within 5 working days of receipt of the shipment. FBLD is not responsible for damages caused by negligence or damages of any other type.
No complaints made outside the 5 business day period will be accepted.
In the case of an accepted return request, the replacement item or the store credit will be issued once the damaged item is received in our office.
