RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
All FBLD products are handmade to order, therefore returns are only accepted for size/product exchange or shop credit.
If you need a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com before returning your order.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
ORDER RETURN AND CREDIT/EXCHANGE
After contacting our Customer Service, the order/item you wish to return (for size exchange or credit) must be sent back to our workshop at the customer's expense by post/trackable courier to: FBLD, via Claudio Treves 15, 27029 Vigevano (PV) ITALY
- Items must be in their original condition and must never have been worn.
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be accepted.
- Undergarments cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- Shipping costs, insurance, taxes or fees will not be refunded.
Once received, the item will be inspected and if in the same original condition, a size/ credit exchange will be approved.
In the event of a SIZE CHANGE, we will proceed to pack the requested size as quickly as possible.
The new item will be sent back to the customer at FBLD's expense by GLS courier.
FBLD must be informed of any errors or damaged items attributable to our production within 5 working days of receipt of the shipment. FBLD is not liable for damage caused by negligence or damage of any other kind. No claims made outside of the 5 working day period will be accepted.
In the event of an accepted return request, a replacement item or shop credit will be issued once the damaged item is received at our facility.
